The 2011 Prairie Ripples Art Tour

was held on
Saturday, August 27, 10 am to 5 pm and
Sunday, August 28, 10 am to 4 pm,
and it was a great success!

Painting with an air compressor,
colouring copper with flames,
concrete water fountains,
paintings, woodworking . . .
just a few of the discoveries on
the Tour this year.

Hope to see you again next year!
Bring a friend and make a day of it.
Visit as many or as few stations as you wish.

This self-guided tour highlights
Art and Culture in the Portage la Prairie area.

Meander at your own pace.

Chat with the artists and see where they work.

Experience their beautiful creations up close
in a friendly relaxing atmosphere.

Was held on two days in 2011:
Friday, October 28, 5 pm to 9 pm and
Saturday, October 29, 10 am to 4 pm
in the William Glesby Centre, Portage la Prairie

Admission was Free to come and check out the
Quality, Original Art and Craft
by local artists as well as
vendors from outside of Portage.

We enjoyed the talents of local musicians
performing on stage both days.
The experience was topped off with,
tasty food stuffs for sale on
Friday evening by Wendy Perron, recently of Tres Unique,
and on Saturday by Café on Prince.
